We are a full service real estate team, and offer rental services as well. We have seasonal units that are turnkey furnished, down to the linens and dishes, you just arrive for your seasonal stay, and start enjoying the Florida lifestyle.
There is always a variety of units for annual rental, furnished, unfurnished, and sometimes the owner is even flexible. Important tax information: Any renter who resides for a period of six (6) months or less in a facility located in Pinellas County must pay 6% Tourist Development Tax for Pinellas County plus 7% Sales Tax to the owner of the rental property. All prices stated on this website are BEFORE TAX. Please refer to the Pinellas County Tax Collector’s website and the State of Florida's website for details.
